This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Parlife Golf Club LLC (“Parlife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including apparel, memberships, and event registrations.
Purchase Options
Apparel Purchases
All apparel purchases are processed through our Shopify-powered online store. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are listed on each product page. Parlife reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without notice.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders enter processing shortly after confirmation.
Membership Purchases
Parlife Golf Club memberships may be offered as annual or monthly subscription options when available. Membership benefits, pricing, and inclusions are outlined on the Membership page at the time of purchase. Membership benefits are non-transferable.
Parlife reserves the right to modify membership benefits or pricing for future periods. Changes will not affect an already-paid membership term.
Event & Tournament Registrations
Event registrations are available on a limited, first-come-first-served basis. Registration fees do not include green fees, cart fees, or other course-specific charges unless explicitly stated.
Order Cancellations (Apparel)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, contact support@parlifegolfclub.com with your order number.
Membership Cancellations
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships may be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated and may not be cancelled mid-term.
Event & Tournament Cancellation Policy
Event registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If Parlife cancels or postpones an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
If a participant cannot attend due to personal reasons, no refunds will be issued. Transfers may be permitted at Parlife’s discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Parlife directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase with Parlife Golf Club, you acknowledge and agree to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
