Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Parlife Golf Club LLC (“Parlife,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Final sale items, gift cards, memberships, and event registrations
are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Parlife does not provide
prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers processing, inspection, and restocking costs.
The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fee Waiver
The restocking fee may be waived if the customer chooses store credit or an exchange for a different size or item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanged items unless
the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order
number and photos of the issue. In these cases, Parlife will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund
when applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued
to the original payment method minus applicable restocking fees. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
Memberships (monthly or annual), event and tournament registrations, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for
return or refund.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Parlife before initiating a chargeback. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may
result in refusal of future orders.
