Thank you for shopping with Parlife Golf Club. Below is our shipping policy outlining how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in coordination with Shopify’s shipping system.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout via Shopify. Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping availability will be shown at checkout if applicable. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Parlife Golf Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Parlife Golf Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, contact us at support@parlifegolfclub.com.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or solution when applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on returns and exchanges.
